1st day of October... & Mark is outta Idol!

Something is really wrong...

Esther & I were very shocked when Daniel Mifsud got into bottom 3 AND when it was announced that Mark da Costa was leaving the Aussie Idol competition.


Mark sings Coldplay's "Yellow" after the announcement of his departure. He played the guitar during yesterday night's performance.

Aiyoyo... Daniel Mifsud got a TOUCHDOWN from Mark yesterday, but yet he was still in the bottom 3. Is Idol rigged?

Tonight's bottom 3 (Dan, Jacob & Mark) was completely different from my bottom 3 picks. OH WELLS...

Yesterday was Acoustic Night and it was THE BEST night so far. I thought all of them (except maybe one) were brilliant! The contestants were each allowed to play an instrument, if they wished to. So out came the guitars, the baby grand and even a trumpet!

Matt - He sang Damien Rice's "The Blower's Daughter". Err.. he's wearing the red shirt.. again... Lol

Ben - He sang Imogen Heap's "Hide & Seek".

Dan - He sang his own arrangement of Kiss' "I Was Made for Loving You".

Nat - She sang Michael Jackson's "Man in the Mirror". Something about her reminded me of Alicia Keys, though during her audition, she reminded me of Stacie Orrico.
